CAPTAIN CHILLWAWA follows the story of a young chihuahua puppy named Striker who runs away from home in Illinois. During the runaway, a thunderstorm hits Striker and gives him the ability to talk, walk, and the use of superpowers. After ending up in California, he meets car mechanic Thomas Smith who becomes intrigued by Striker abilities. Deciding to take care of him, he takes him to Dr. Balcom, an evil mad scientist looking to use Striker’s powers as a source to rule the world. This causes Striker and Thomas to go on the run from Dr. Balcom, in an attempt to protect Striker and his powers.
